Morgan has been in healthcare for approximately 20 years. Morgan started in healthcare as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She has also worked as a social services assistant, memory care unit manager, and has spent the last 15 years as a Director/ Administrator of long term care facilities including Indepen

Morgan has been in healthcare for approximately 20 years. Morgan started in healthcare as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She has also worked as a social services assistant, memory care unit manager, and has spent the last 15 years as a Director/ Administrator of long term care facilities including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long Term Care, and Skilled Nursing Facilities. Morgan is also a Teepa Snow Positive Approach to Care Trainer, and a Crisis Prevention and Non-Violent Intervention Trainer. Morgan has spent just as long studying Dementia and Dementia Care and wrote her Master's thesis about a Dementia and an ideal Dementia Care Business- which is how Dementia Angel came to be!
